Who we are

Ace Gets It is an independent digital studio based in the UK. We are responsible for the personal information we handle through our website and business enquiries. You can email Ace Gets It about privacy using our business contact address.

What this website collects

This is a static information website, with no user accounts, contact forms, backend or application database. We have not added advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, external embeds or third-party hosted fonts. Products described as experiments are concepts, not live services.

When you contact us

The contact button opens your email application. If you send a message, we receive your email address and any name, business details, message content or attachments you include. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry.

Incoming business emails are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail inbox, where we manage correspondence. Cloudflare and Google therefore process email information as part of providing these services. We do not publish the private forwarding address.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to understand your request, reply and manage related correspondence. For general enquiries, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the studio and running the business, balanced against their privacy rights. Where you ask us to take necessary steps towards a contract with you, that processing is based on those pre-contract steps.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare is our intended website hosting provider. When the website is served through Cloudflare, technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and security events may be processed in server or security logs to deliver and protect the website.

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Their privacy information explains their processing and transfer safeguards: Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Keeping information

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, resolve related issues or meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate duration depends on the purpose and circumstances. Service providers may retain technical records under their own retention arrangements.

Your rights and concerns

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, have it deleted, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy where that right applies. These rights have conditions and exceptions.

Your right to object: you can object to our use of your personal information based on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your situation.

To ask about your information or raise a concern, contact Ace Gets It about your personal information. You can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office: raise a data protection concern with the ICO.

Cookies and browser storage

The website code does not set cookies or use local or session storage, and includes no nonessential tracking tools. A cookie consent banner is not needed for this implementation. Hosting security features may behave differently depending on their configuration; any changes to cookies, tracking or services will require a review of this information.
